From the sea at 0m in Pietra Ligure via Finale Ligure up to Monte Alto at 960m, to the starting point of the Supergroppo.

Always great trail sections, and also with beautiful views of the coast. Mostly in the S1/S2 range, single very short sections higher, where we get off the bike

Small alone morning round. Birgit is having a half beach and yoga day.
Caught a few nice, partly very nice, but also a few trail sections that didn't make the day better for me now. Too steep, too rocky for me there.
But the others: nice, flowing, just how I like it.

High from Pietra Ligure first over small streets, later over a long uphill trail (parallel to the Rollercoaster) up to Osteria Din, where the Rollercoaster starts. But then instead over to the ex-NATO base.
And from there downhill over km-long, often very flowy trails. Great trails that we found there

On the way back from the beach, stopping for aperitifs and a small bite to eat in Finalborgo. Many hundreds of bikers there. Rarely have I seen so many in one place. I'm curious about a few trails there. As it got dark, we returned to our hotel in Pietra Ligure, right on the beach and with a balcony overlooking the sea.

Found another great hike today.
Very scenic loop from Col du Lautaret into the Romanche valley. Fantastic views across to the LaMejie glacier and further up the valley along the way.
Nice descent towards La Grave.

Not a single meter further towards the sea today again.

After 6 days on the bike, today a mountain hike.
Started at 1880 m in a great high valley near Briançon, near the Col de Izoard. On partly barely visible paths 1000 m ascent to the Come de la Charvie at 2880 m.
