A beautiful, varied path that leads through dense forest and sunny glades - always with Brockenblick - and small streams. The highlight is the Ferdinand stone, for me one of the most beautiful stamps (HWN 16) of the Harzer hiking nobility.

Hiking

impassable in places and not so easy to hike. However, the Schindelstieg as a connection to Ferdinandstein, stamp 16 of the Harzer hiking pin is a very nice, above all varied hiking trail (something different than gravel).
