Ilmenau bridge for pedestrians and cyclists, between Lüneburg and Deutsch Evern. Very nicely located in the Lüneburg Ilmenau lowlands. There are very beautiful hiking and biking trails in the area, e.g. along the Ilmenau and the Hasenburger Mühlenbach. The area can be easily explored on foot or by bike.

Mountain biking

If you follow Düvelsbrooker Weg at the Ilmenau, which runs close to the course of the river, you will see a small bridge with a blue metal railing on the right after a few hundred meters. This bridge, romantically situated on the Ilemenau, is called the Devil's Bridge. At the Teufelsbrücke there is a bench that offers a beautiful, idyllic place for a short break.
