Hiking
Nowadays you can get around the sand lakes (3rd sand hole). There is plenty of parking space and if you walk past the Brandend Zand restaurant to the end, you can take a small ferry to the other side, a beautiful walking area. Cows also roam freely here in summer. On the other side of the Maas you can see Empel (Brabant). At the beginning of the year there is a chance that this area will be well under water.
