In the place of today's chapel from 1720 there was already a small church around 1275. The place Schenkenberg was destroyed in the 15th century and not rebuilt. [1] Only the Schenkenberger Hof and the chapel still remind you of this, it is only a few meters away from the castle Schenkenberg, which was once the seat of the Lords of Schenkenberg.
