Very beautiful, literally breathtaking Levada near Ponta do Sol. The entrance was free at the time of the hike and the path was largely maintained, but super narrow. The railing is missing in some places, so a head for heights is really required - in some places we had to step into the water of the Levada

Die traditionellen HΓ€user in Santana sind eines der Wahrzeichen der Insel. FΓΌr den nahegelegenen Markt in Santana waren wir leider etwas zu spΓ€t dran. Aber in den HΓ€uschen kann man bei Bedarf auch einiges an Souvenirs erstehen. Den RΓΌckweg zum Parkhaus wollten wir eigentlich ΓΌber den Levada-Weg (siehe km 1,9)β¦
