The Catholic parish and pilgrimage church of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary in Flochberg, a district of Bopfingen in the Ostalb district in Baden-Württemberg, was built in the mid-18th century in the late Baroque style. The interior, such as painting and stucco, largely come from the 19th and 20th centuries. The Church is dedicated to the Visitation of Mary.

The history of the pilgrimage to the Blessed Mother on the Roggenacker goes back to 1582 and the miraculous healing of the ten-year-old boy Wilhelm Wintzerer. According to tradition, he was allegedly freed from his epilepsy by an apparition of Mary on a rye field. In this field, the father of the child concerned had an oak column erected on which he had attached a picture of the apparition of Mary, which was painted on sheet metal. In the same year there were already several processions to the rye field.

In 1613 a small chapel was built around the oak column, dedicated to the Blessed Mother of God and John the Baptist. In 1738, the patron saint, Count Johann Friedrich von Öttingen-Wallerstein, granted permission to build a church. The foundation stone was laid in 1741 and the first Mass could be read in the church in 1745. In 1746 the vault, which collapsed in the same year, had to be rebuilt. It was not until 1765 that the auxiliary bishop Franz Xaver Adelmann von Adelmannsfelden inaugurated the church in Augsburg. Flochberg belonged to the diocese of Augsburg until 1821, before it was incorporated into the newly created diocese of Rottenburg.
