The “old Neydecker” house was built around 1543 and was in the possession of Langheim Monastery for a long time. The city of Weismain bought the house in the 18th century and has used it since then as a town hall.

Hiking

The present town hall, the "stone house", was built in the years before 1543 for the then wealthiest family in the city, the Neydecker. The total height is almost 26 meters. In 1765 the city bought the house and since then it is the town hall of Weismain.
