"The mill rattles ..." is the motto of this idyllic bike ride. Experience two river valleys, which impress with old mill buildings and karst rocky landscape. You start at the head of the two river valleys: in Weismain, the gateway to the Franconian Jura. Follow the signs with the brown mill wheel, which first leads you along the Krassach towards Wunkendorf. On your way to the Jura Heights you drive through shady forests past well-known rock towers, such as the Jura Guardian.Over the high plateau you reach the juniper slopes in the Kleinziegenfelder valley and can wave to the cyclist Claudius. If you are lucky, you will meet the shepherd with his flock on the way. On your way back to Weismain, the Weismain accompanies you, who created a beautiful valley. If you get a little hungry en route, friendly beer gardens and rustic taverns offer a place to enjoy.More information about the Krassachtal and Kleinziegenfelder Tal at stadt-weismain.de

Celtic path G - magnificent views
Celtic path G promises “grandiose views”. No wonder, because two of the most beautiful panoramic paths are on this round trip.
It goes "up and down" lively. But the climbs are worthwhile when you have a view of the Staffelberg and the surrounding hilly landscape - and accompany you over long distances. If you can't get enough of a view, you can scramble for a detour to the Alte Staffelberg before small inns in the valley beckon with a well-earned snack. Domestic beer should of course not be missing.
TIP: In the Döbertengrund between Ützig and Serkendorf there are numerous direct marketers who sell their products from the farm. Have a look at: obermain-jura.de/de/genussregion/direkt-einkaufen/direktvermarkter-obermain-jura

On the Keltenweg F, discover historical sites and viewpoints that open up completely new perspectives. The path leads you up and down, so that you can always expect great views of the surroundings: discover the Staffelberg from a new perspective and enjoy the view towards Bamberg from the Küpser Linde.Dirt roads and sections in the forest alternate - so you will always have sunny and shady sections on the tour. A break is particularly worthwhile at the Küser Linde with its benches and refuge. At the end of the tour, you can look forward to self-brewed beer and Franconian cuisine in the brewery restaurants in Stublang. A promising round ends here perfectly :-)More information about the restaurants: obermain-jura.de/de/genussregion/restaurants

Keltweg D leads up to the Oppidum, one of the most popular Celtic sites on the Upper Main, the Staffelberg. On the way, the Morgenbühl beckons with an almost Mediterranean flair. From there you can see the Staffelberg in full length and look forward to the descent.
Start the tour at one of the hiking car parks in Bad Staffelstein, Romansthal or Horsdorf.
The snack and dining rooms on the way shorten the route and offer varied cuisine. There are refreshment stops in
Bad Staffelstein, on the Staffelberg, Romansthal, Loffeld and Horsdorf. A tour to enjoy.

A capital E shows you the way to the terracotta horse site near Ebensfeld.
You will not only come across buried traces of human history. Two highlights of the tour can be seen from afar: the Hankirche and the St. Veit chapel. An ascent to the "St. Vitus Chapel" is worth twice as much. The foresight over the Main Valley and the view of the "Mountain of Franconia" is simply unbeatable.
Of course, you can also feast on this tour. How about a stop in the beer garden near Prächting or the traditional way in Dittersbrunn? Or should it be your own snack? Then you can enjoy them at one of the tables between the linden trees on the Veitsberg (Ansberg).
If you arrive by car, the parking spaces on Veitsberg near Dittersbrunn or Prächting are ideal. You can find more information about the Celtic Tour E at: obermain-jura.de/de/aktivregion./wandern/alle-wandertouren/alle-wandertouren.html
