Trail through Isar floodplain and forest below federal highway 307
Feasible in summer and autumn with MTB tires, provided it was reasonably dry beforehand!
Footpaths to forest roads, partly overgrown and muddy, partly coarse gravel or clay in the gravel bed. Not particularly demanding to drive, but it doesn't save any strength either.
If you don't want to drive on the road to die, you will like this alternative ...

Nice trail along the Isar. not too difficult, only with the clay surfaces you have to be careful in damp weather.
However, the path does not end at the Silvenstein reservoir but at a gravel pit!
There is a lot going on during the week, so you should stay away.
To get to the lake you have to take the tar road or the last stretch.
