Tunnel zum Sylvensteinstausee

It's great as a cyclist to be able to drive through a specially built tunnel. In the end, the great view over the reservoir.

You have to drive up steeply, then through the tunnel and then you have reached the top of the reservoir, where cyclists, drivers and motorcyclists share the view of the lake.

Nice tunnel through the rock, there the water drips from the ceiling and the temperature drops noticeably.
This tunnel is passed through when you are on the Toni-Sebrt-Weg.
Up to the tunnel there is a steep incline to master, and it should be noted that there are many walkers on the way!

Beautiful lake with a great view

Nice little tunnel at the Sylvenstein reservoir that was carved into the stone. Is ideal on the Isar cycle path tour to drive north to Lenggries. Owners of correspondingly loud bike hubs can really let it rattle here ... Tip for the little ones ;-)

Check beforehand whether the tunnel is also open.

On the Toni-Seber-Weg, at the end of the tunnel, the magnificent panorama opens up with the Sylvenstein reservoir. An excellent place to rest.

Coming from the reservoir through the tunnel and then further along the river great paved route, 😂 who wants to .......... 🤗
At the reservoir itself, unfortunately, watch out for many cars and motorbikes
