Here at Vorderriss flows the Rissbach in an imposing gravel delta in the Isar, which is dammed shortly thereafter in Sylvensteinspeicher. Along the Isar leads a small street that is not so heavily frequented by motor vehicles thanks to the toll. For you and your bike is the use but free. The Rissbach comes from the magnificent Ahornboden, a scenic highlight in the Karwendel, that you should not miss.

Here you have a beautiful view of the Isar and the valley which only in Wallgau get wide again. On the next kilometers you are off the car traffic on wide gravel roads along the Isar road and can after a few short climbs, the tour comfortable and flat Ausradeln.
