Mountain biking

For a long time, it was not possible to simply climb the Brocken and enjoy the view. When Germany was still divided in two, the Brocken was a restricted area and was used as a strategic point to spy on the West. Back then, military vehicles rattled up (and down) this armored track. Today, you can experience this on your bike. These tracks are typical of remote military and commercial tracks in rural areas of East Germany. Just let it run and it will only shake half as much. ;)
