Hiking

A very interesting body of water. The hedgehog swamp can dry out in late summer. This karst site receives its water through an underground connection from the Wieda, which flows not far away. Since the water seeps into the karst in summer and continues to flow there, the hedgehog swamp slowly dries up. You can discover a mouth hole on an adjacent steep slope when the mud has completely dried up, so that you can safely walk on it.
