Great Borne is a 2,011-foot (616 m) mountain in the western Lake District. This fell can be hiked either from Ennerdale or Loweswater. Views are extensive across the western and north western fells on a good day. There is a trig pillar and summit shelter on the top.

Great Borne was the first Nuttall of the day for me. A great little hill with a lovely trig point and great views.
