Historic sandstone tower - not the time on the large clock faces but indicates the water level. I did not even notice myself first.

The mighty 10 meter high sandstone tower with its (only) 10 large golden digits on a blue dial is not a chronometer, but a measuring device for determining the Rhine water level. The level tower, built around 1900 according to plans by the royal road and river construction authority of Speyer, is the symbol of the Park Island.
