Hiking

Partly rocky S2 trail that requires sturdy shoes and sure-footedness. Depending on the running direction, especially in winter, partially covered with ice sheets due to frozen moisture. If you come from Oderbrück, the goal, the Achtermannhöhe with its magnificent view of the mountains of the Upper Harz, especially Brocken and Wurmberg, is an absolute must for every visitor to the Harz Mountains / hikers.
