Zeigersattel

You can get to the Zeigersattel from the middle stadium Höfatsblick in the direction of Seealpsee.
At the lookout point, take the narrow path up to the right to the Zeigersattel. You should be free from giddiness.

Very nice view of the Seealpsee, of the valley with Oberstdorf and of the Nebelhorn.
Easy to walk, also suitable for children.

From here you have a fantastic view of the surrounding Allgäu and Austrian Alps, in particular of the Höfats, a legendary Allgäu steep grass mountain with 4 almost equal peaks. Due to its very steep grass and rocky flanks, this mountain can only be conquered by mountaineers who are very experienced in this area. In addition, you can already see the Seealpsee, the next hiking destination.

Great view from there. In winter there is a winter hiking trail from the middle station to the indicator saddle.
