City Café
The houses, which essentially date back to the 18th century and were built as half-timbered buildings (No. 95) and solid buildings (No. 96), were combined to form a single building in 1900 to enlarge the café.
Extensive renovation work was carried out between 1996 and 1998. The stained glass window was also extensively restored as a valuable reminder of the Art Nouveau era in Perleberg.
In the traditional "Café Voigt" (later "Café Grohn"), an inscription from the founder of the business from 1818 indicates the traditional use of the old confectionery, pastry shop and café.
