The Raachermannelmarkt in Aue is a traditional Christmas market and is located on the Altmarkt and around the Neumarkt area. In addition to the hustle and bustle of the market, a varied cultural program is offered. The children can look forward to Santa Claus every day and do handicrafts in the children's Christmas tent. The life-size nativity figures created over the years at the wood sculptor symposium are exhibited on Neumarkt. The highlights are the parade of the living pyramid figures
