Probably the most interesting reuse of a monastic building is the former hospital chapel. It was built in the 13th century and shows the transition from Romanesque to Gothic. In 1708, the monastery office succeeded in selling the rundown former church to a tailor. He replaced the roof with the still usable masonry with the interesting half-timbered building.

The entrance to this really special building can be seen from Spitalgasse. Otherwise you can approach via a cul-de-sac from the main road (and continue there into a meadow past old masonry). The house is privately owned.
