What is here called "Rastbank" is one of the "Four Pearls" on the Way of St. James. In Großhaslach in 2012, this contemplative path was created, which allows the gentle, hilly landscape in connection with words of the Bible to be experienced while walking. In itself this is a nice resting place. But in mid-June, when it was almost 30 degrees and the sun was shining, I was attacked so penetratingly by horseflies (a kind of "mosquitoes on anabolic steroids") that I had to flee after a few minutes.
