St. Wenzel Town Church Naumburg

The “International Organ Summer” takes place every year at the Hildebrandt organ in the Wenceslas Church. Internationally renowned organists, who are often considered among the most important representatives of their field, can be experienced here with their interpretations and improvisations.
The concert series takes place every Friday in July and August at 7:30 p.m., the concert introduction is at the beginning of the concert.

Worth seeing and worth listening: The Hildebrandt organ at St. Wenzel is one of the most important creations in the field of late Baroque organ building. Presently (2017), every Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays, at 12 noon, organ concerts are held for a small entrance fee.
