Hiking

Schwalbenthal is a former mining settlement, here were once a few houses, a restaurant with a hostel, an administration and this cemetery. It was built in 1584, in 1907 the place had to be evacuated because of a landslide and a short time later almost all buildings were demolished. Only the former mining inspector's house remained, which later became a restaurant (and is now unfortunately also closed due to the risk of landslides), the Halde house about 800m away at the entrance to the new heritage tunnel and this cemetery here.
