Small stamp tour in the Harz:
Start at the Radau waterfall, steeply uphill in serpentines, past Wintersteinklippe and Rudolfklippe to Molkenhaus (HWN 169).
After a short refreshment, it continued through the Eckertal valley to the Eckertalsperre (HWN1) and from there back to the parking lot.
Beautiful and varied paths.

The youngest got a new bike and today there was the first short tour to the ice cream parlor in Großalmerode.
The ice cream parlor has a new owner and I can highly recommend it. The ice cream is very delicious and the prices are affordable (1.70 Euro per scoop).

Today a small local round with the MTB.
Goal: the two highest mountains in the Kaufunger Forest.
On the way to the Bilstein, there was a small detour to the Roter See, then up to the second highest mountain with a short stop at Detlef 😀 (642.2m)

An MTB tour stamp tour around Heiligenstadt.
Included were sections of the Top-Wanderweg Iberg, Naturparkweg Leine-Werra and Top-Wanderweg Warteberg "Mittelpunkt Deutschland". In total, there were nine stamps to collect.
The start was at the Neun Brunnen hiking parking lot, from where it went very steeply

After two days of climbing, today we had a small break with market, shopping center and sightseeing: Here is the Varone waterfall. For 7 euros entrance fee per person (also children!) you can get yourself wet here 😁 Nicely laid out, with plants of all kinds. The waterfall in the lower grotto is illuminated
