Tips
The Wachschederheide Branscheider is one of the last juniper heaths in the Oberbergischen. With animal support from herds of sheep and goats, it is prevented from being overgrown by the forest. Along the way, boards also tell about the importance of juniper as a spice in the kitchen as well as about its healing powers, for example against kidney and bladder diseases.
