Bridge Over the Parseierbach

Wild mountain water whose noise accompanies the hiker faithfully on his way.

At the end of the road there is a wooden bridge for hikers over the Parseierbach. This is also where the valley station of the cable car to the Memminger Hut is located. For a fee (5 €) you can have your backpack transported to the Memminger Hut. You simply put your backpack in the tub of the cable car. There is also a telephone at the valley station that takes you up to the hut, as there is no cell phone reception in the valley. Ideally, your backpack will already be at the top when you arrive on foot.
Behind the wooden bridge, the path leads relatively steeply up the western slope of the Seekogel. Part of the path is laid out in the form of wooden steps, making it very comfortable and safe.
