Hiking
The area below the hut used to be used for agriculture. The system of water meadows was used to improve the hay yields. Remains of the irrigation canals and buildings can still be found everywhere today. Unfortunately the valley of the Rennbächle has lost its former open meadow character. Until around 1950, the Laudihütte had a clear view of the Talaue with its typical hay huts.
