The Heinz Sielmann Foundation at Gut Herbigshagen has been in existence since 1996. According to its homepage (as of May 2017), the Foundation's staff are available from Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 16:00 and Friday from 10:00 to 13:00 to disposal. Unfortunately, at the moment (03.06.2017) the cafeteria, the adventure house and the farm shop are closed due to renovations, but there are shopping carts for catering in the courtyard. Heinz Sielmann was born on 02.06.1917, so 2017 is the jubilee year in which he would have turned 100.
