Beautiful, large hiking car park with an informative hiking map.About the name: The first "Saupferch" (on the site of the forest restaurant "Zur Saupferch") was in 1755, when shepherds brought their herds of pigs here in summer and autumn - to fatten them with acorns and beech nuts.
