Tips
The name Werder means »land surrounded by water«. The old town of Werder is located on an island in the middle of the Havel. It originated essentially in the 17th century. On the eastern shore of the island, narrow streets with some small, squat houses still give the impression of a fishing settlement and have retained their charm to this day
