The Eisenberg lies between Grebenau and Schlitz, with its 484 meters of altitude it is the highest mountain in the Schlitzer Wald. The nature at the summit is untouched, it seems. The summit cross on the Eisenberg is a bit difficult to find. If it hadn't been for the "Save the Eisenberg" campaign, you definitely wouldn't be able to reach the summit cross by bike, horseback or on foot. There is a small book at the summit cross that you can sign in.
