Haus Gartlage is a former mansion in Osnabrück. It is also called Gut Gartlage after the noble estate to which it belonged. with changeable history. First mentioned in 1190. During the Thirty Years' War, it was looted by Swedish troops. The manor house served as a recreation site for the Jesuits who ran the Carolinum grammar school until 1773. Around 1800 there was a bloody labor dispute in the vicinity of the Gartlage estate. Since 1980 it has been a residential building with 13 apartments

Hiking
The Gartlage manor also included a large excursion coffee house. However, this was demolished after the effects of the war. Also the forester's lodge on Haster Weg.
