  • St. Marien is the Gothic hall church on the market square in front of the town hall. In the Evangelical Lutheran Marktkirche began the Reformation in Osnabrück in 1543. Worth seeing are the triumphal cross and the crucifixion group (13th century), the depiction of Mary by the Osnabrück master (15th century), the Passion cycle by Albrecht Dürer, the winged altar, the baptismal font, the striding window, the communion table and the predella by Heinz hot.

  • Beautiful gothic hall church. Rather plain on the inside. But Gothic has always been beautiful because of the height.
