Tips
The lion group created by Wilhelm Wolff (1816-1887) was established in 1878. It bears the inscriptions "W. Wolff mod. Berlin 1872 ”and“ cast Lauchhammer 1874 ”. The bronze figure with a sandstone base is 2.50 m long, 1.20 m wide / deep and 3.80 m high. It depicts a lioness hit by an arrow, who is lying dead on the ground, a tall, angry male lion and two lion cubs.
