The representative holiday house is located on the northern edge of the Lütsche reservoir.
Built in 1956 as a boathouse of the GST (Society for Sport and Technology of the GDR), young people were brought up here in maritime defense sports and the associated career training until the fall of the wall.
Parts of the house have now been converted by the owner.
The result is a unique symbiosis between modern living standards and a diverse experience of nature.
The optimal location at the lake and the unobstructed view from the panoramic windows over the reservoir into the lush mountains of the Thuringian Forest leave nothing to be desired in terms of tranquility.
