Children especially love the fountain with the horses, which was created by the Bremen sculptor Claus Homfeld in 1985. The horses are reminiscent of the horse trade that took place on the square. Not only is the horse dealer's jacket on the stake funny, but also the hand pump, with which you can let water gush into the well after briefly pressing a switch.
