A little fitness training was added to the driver training today. The fall routine was also refreshed, I took the opportunity to take a soil sample in the sandpit 😂😉😎

First MTB tour after the service. The cushioning was readjusted, was necessary after losing weight 😉
At the beginning it was quite slow and it got better and better from meter to meter 🤓🤠😎

It took some getting used to to ride the "summer bike". So I did another bike tour and only added a few forest paths in a "reduced" form
- And because things were going quite well again, MTB tours will probably follow soon 😉
