Only started without a plan, but it was still a nice lap. We had Lankenauer Höft all to ourselves🙂.

Without water (almost) nothing works. Today a nice tour to nodes and discovered some new ways. And today I was lucky, at the Melkhus in Neuwegermoor. Actually closed on Monday and Tuesday, but since a registered group was there, thanks to the nice hostess we could still ☕🍰 enjoy 👍 delicious food. A perfect day in dream weather.

Today from Rastede to our favorite place on the Jade Bay, the Varel harbor. Except on weekends, it's always very relaxed here and somehow has a special charm. There are enough places to take a break and of course delicious fish. The route itself leads through the typical flat Wesermarsch, also some stretches on main roads were included ...

A wonderful round through the brightly shining heathland. Unfortunately, you can't really reproduce that in the pictures 🤔 The eye wants to take 1000 pictures ... Beautiful views almost everywhere.
Idyllic and worth seeing is the heath town of Wilsede (luckily not overcrowded today). In Undeloh it looked different, we didn't like it that much. In dream weather today a dream tour on, of course, sometimes difficult bike paths over mountains and valleys. But you are happy to accept 🤗

Fine tour on the other side of the Weser on beautiful paths then to the small village Meyenburg, which is well worth seeing, with a beautiful water mill and a nice café on the mill pond. Then through a completely different forest landscape back to the starting point.

We were inspired by Thomas Bock for this great tour - thanks for that.
If you are interested in this beautiful landscape and the typical Artland gabled houses, a really great tour with an ideal route. In addition to the innumerable courtyards, we particularly liked the Elting-Bußmeyer farm, of course because of the Hofcafe 🍰☕, but not only because of that, beautiful buildings with a bakery, farm shop and horse museum. There was also a nice part of the rabbit and not to forget the really lovely town of Quakenbrück. Ideal tour in ideal weather

The first part of the tour was not that great, a lot on country roads but luckily with good bike paths. The blooming heather in the moor at the dam is very beautiful, but the paths are difficult to navigate by bike. This was followed by a great bike path through the Dwergter Forest. Finally, a nice route through the Soestetal directly to the city center of Cloppenburg.

From Nienburg to Stolzenau not only on the Weser cycle path. On paths with little traffic and beautiful wooded areas. But also a longer piece of cobblestone😒. Nice Hofcafe Storchennest in Estorf, but we were unlucky again, closed 😒. Also worth seeing is the Scheunenviertel in Estorf. Shortly before Nienburg a beautiful flooded bike path, although someone came pushing us with rubber boots, we preferred to look for an alternative 😎
