This armored wall once served as an anti-tank barrier to secure the main battle line of the Siegfried Line from the eastern edge of the Bienwald (facing the Rhine) to the Rhine. Today it is part of the Siegfried Line relics in the Bienwald, which essentially consist of bunkers, hump lines and anti-tank ditches.
The armored wall is around 300 meters long and almost 10 meters high. It is almost vertical and made of reinforced concrete.

- Wonderful nature and landscape impressions.
- At the end of the trench there is a single trail hiking trail (marking: white rectangle with black point). From there you can also see the armored wall.

- very nice single trail in the forest between the anti-tank wall and anti-tank ditch.
- Hiking shoes and long pants are recommended
