It is definitely worth it. Wonderful view over Mühlhausen. And a great view of the many different churches, which were partially rededicated. The library is now housed in the Jacobi church. It's worth taking a look as well.

Very interesting and historic Mühlhausen city wall, a section of the wall is accessible. Great view and unusual insights, some old towers can be visited and accessible with interesting exhibition objects (history of the fire brigade, city history, art ...). Highly recommended, even with children!

For 4 EUR you can climb the city wall and a piece of cross-country skiing, and climb isolated towers. I think it's worth it.
