Beautiful section of the former smugglers' path between Semeermaas and Maastricht along the Zuid-Willemsvaart canal. The entrance to the trail is just before the canal bridge, first you cross the Belgian-Dutch border on a small path. The path then leads first on a gravel path and then on an asphalt path to Maastricht.
