Tips
I am a bit older - over 70 - and thought this was a wonderful route suitable for my age: almost the entire route goes through the forest, wide paths and the occasional single track and there are some tough short climbs that I still have to do. can handle. I can definitely recommend this ride and will do it again xelf.
