In order not to disturb them, access restrictions for visitors have been in force in the nature reserve (NSG) Pegnitztal Ost since Tuesday, March 1, 2022.
Environmental officer Britta Walthelm explains:
“The Pegnitztal Ost was placed under nature protection in order to develop it sustainably.
This unique area is always open to citizens.
However, you must stay on the designated paths and trails during the regular protection times.
In this way, plants and animals are not disturbed.”
