The so-called "Dead Bridge" leads from Rothenkirchen to the cemetery across the Haune. It is the only surviving stone pedestrian bridge from the old days in the Fulda region. Today it has 3 arch openings and an ice pillar. An inscription stone with the number 1861 is walled in. In 1985/86 the dilapidated bridge was demolished and renewed true to the original.
