"Hall church above an oval floor plan, west portal from the previous building, a baroque tower that shaped the townscape, testimony to church architecture, especially from the 18th century, architectural and artistic significance, and also of importance for the townscape." de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liste_der_Kulturdenkmale_in_Jahnishausen

August von Kötteritz had the church built as a castle chapel as early as 1666. After the castle fire and demolition in 1779, the church was built for the second time with an oval floor plan, and the tower followed in 1793. The castle church was renewed by 1896 and the tower was renewed after 1990. Unfortunately I couldn't get in.
