    Mountain biking

Bob Scott's Bothy is on the Mar Lodge Estate and open for use by all. The bothy is fashioned from stone and wood with a tin roof and features a multifuel stove. The bothy will comfortably fit a dozen or so and is one of the most popular in the Cairngorms.

Water from Lui Burn nearby is potable and there's a septic tank loo to the side of the bothy for human waste and loo roll only.

    Mountain biking

This is a fanstastic bothy next to a beautiful river with delicious fresh water in it. Served well by a wide gravel path. Plenty of space on the inside which could easily sleep 10 people with room to spare.

    Hiking

A basic bothy with space for about 12 to sleep on a sleeping platform. There is a toilet, a few chairs and a sturdy table. Heating and cooking on the stove so bring coal with you as the estate ask for no wood to be burnt (especially no wood collected from the estate). Also bring candles or torches as there isn't any electricity.
Good place for a break even if you aren't staying here.
