Gentle pootle up to YHA Black Sail hostel for a cuppa and noodles. Spastic dog in trailer behind wifey bike so steady away. 'Fire road' type trail apart from a couple of hundred metres of rougher adjacent to the hostel. Cracking weather.

Attempt at getting to Corrour bothy. Failed.
Westerly track continues on but we were told en route that it turns into bog a couple of miles short of the bothy. Miserable scenery too, unless you like deer and sheep wrecked landscapes with no natural trees, which for some seems fine. But that sort of
