The Häuslingshaus from Nackenhof in Jeersdorf in the community of Scheeßel was demolished in 1976 and inaugurated on June 3, 1978 at the new location.

It serves as a supplement to the Meyerhof courtyard. During the reconstruction, the Heimatverein omitted a compartment due to the smaller location. The building is a typical Low German hall house, which was used as a residential and stable building.

A little housekeeper was a kind of tenant: a farmer provided him with an apartment and a piece of garden land for his own cultivation for a small rent. In return, the housewife undertook to work on the farm of the farmer. The homeless family lived under one roof with pigs, cattle and chickens.

The last occupant of this house was Johann Riepshoff with his wife Anna and their five children until 1928. Johann Riepshoff made wooden shoes as a sideline, which were often worn because of their warmth and protection against moisture. From 1928 the house was uninhabited.
