The old Falkenhagen (Mark) estate is a monument. It consists of an estate manager's house with an enclosure, the estate with a distillery, two storerooms, a stable building and the courtyard paving.
Unfortunately it looks pretty sad, but still very interesting.

Unfortunately, apart from the entry in the list of monuments, not much can be found about the old manor in Falkenhagen. Two storage facilities and the distillery seem to be the most historic buildings on the extensive area. The fact that the estate had a siding to Falkenhagen station on the Oderbruch railway can at best be guessed at. The Falkenhagener estate has been proven to have existed since the Middle Ages. In the eventful history, it was expanded in the middle of the 19th century in times of the beginning agricultural industrialization, among other things, to include an alcohol distillery. The old distillery now has a new owner, the RTW Architekten- und Ingenieurgesellschaft from Berlin. However, the project is not even on the website. It will be interesting to see what will happen there. In any case, there was construction activity during our visit.

Since reunification, the Falkenhagen estate has been in a deep sleep. A Berlin company, as the new owner, wants to change this.
